Amir Rafiei

Amir Rafiei is Senior Manager, Global Tax Strategy and Transfer Pricing at TaxDigit in the United Kingdom. He advises UK and international businesses on how they are structured and taxed across borders, and is responsible for the firm’s international tax strategy and transfer pricing work.

Amir brings over 20 years of experience gained with international banks, in finance and global tax functions, and in professional practice firms. That background gives him a practical understanding of how multinational groups operate, how tax authorities review them, and how finance teams need advice to be delivered.

His work covers cross-border structuring, transfer pricing policy and documentation, intra-group arrangements, tax risk management and value-chain alignment. An ACCA member, Amir combines technical depth with commercial judgement, helping clients reach tax positions that are clear, defensible and built to scale. He also supports the growth of the firm’s digital arm.
