Carmen is our Payroll and Compliance Assistant, supporting accurate, on-time payroll for clients across the firm. She holds a BA in Accounting and Financial Management and is currently progressing through her ACA certificate-level exams.

She has a gift for streamlining payroll processes, replacing hours of manual data entry with reliable, error-free routines. Her knowledge of statutory deductions and her eye for regulatory change keep her portfolio of clients firmly on the right side of compliance.
